Developed a dedicated settings microservice and companion micro-UI to replace legacy single-configuration store settings, extending every DMS integration to support multiple configurations per store, with an automated migration from the legacy system.

Built new DMS proxy integrations for Lightspeed and Talon, extended integrations from deal workflows into service workflows (appointments and repair orders), and helped modernize infrastructure through Terraform IaC adoption and the ECS-to-EKS migration. Also built an AI-driven triage skill that combines Elastic log analysis with Slack and Jira/Confluence context to diagnose integration issues and assess their scope.

Created a NativeScript Android app to replace a Windows CE barcode scanning application, used to pick, transfer, and count inventory against an internal REST API.

Built an automated ordering processor that replaced manual inventory ordering and an invoice collection processor that pulls external invoice data daily. Rewrote the claims processing engine as a Node/pm2 service, and helped migrate the bulk of the company's repositories from SVN to Git.

Developed ‘green field’ web app which served as a multi-tenant utility billing application. The application interfaces with multiple types of back-end systems which are deployed at many locations across the country.

Developed software for Financial Management web application. Focused primarily on developing interfaces with Credit Card processing providers such as Bridgepay, Authorize.Net, Open Edge, etc. The types of processing done included CC enrollment for automatic billing, batch payment of large number of CC accounts, online (open internet) payment for services, and (PoS) payment with customer/card present.

Installed and maintained Sun Solaris test server to mimic the production server at a client site. Implemented and tested all code changes at customer’s request (C++, MODeL/Method). Changes were to exercise and validate new patches, Rich Client usage, TC Visualization translation, as well as custom client code.
